About Me

Anh-Duc Nguyen is a high school student teaching himself cybersecurity in public, on his way to study IT-Sicherheit (cybersecurity) in Germany.

My mission

I love building things that deliver actual value to people, but at the same time I don’t want to push out slop that can cause significant consequences. That’s why I choose cybersecurity: building and securing the system is what I love the most.

Why this blog

I started this blog to document what I’m learning. Writing helps me think clearly, and sharing publicly keeps me honest. If even one person finds a post useful, that’s a win.

What I’m learning

Learning the fundamentals of cybersecurity at the moment: Python (scripting), cryptography, networking, Linux. Also learning technical writing and important soft skills.

I am also always on the lookout for new things to learn if needed

Goals

I want to become a security engineer who understands systems deeply and explains ideas well. This blog is practice for both.
